Access for the disabled in the Mill, except on the ground floor, is limited by stairways.
A video of the Mill in operation may be viewed in the Exhibition and Sales Room, accessible by wheelchairs.

National Cycle Route 534 passes through New Hall Valley Country Park and gives easy
access to New Hall Mill. Stands where cycles may be secured are available.
